Update: Based on the available evidence, I think that Kamala Harris has a slightly better chance of winning (maybe 60-40?). My prediction is that she wins the EC 268-252, by winning PA, MI, WI and NC.

You make compelling arguments! Though I cannot, in good conscience, support either Harris or Trump, if Harris wins, I will hold out hope that you are correct that wokeness will further diminish under her.

I am amazed by your writing and vantage point. I was once a democrat 40 years ago,,lol. But then I became sort of a reformed Democrat, to firmly plant myself as a registered Libertarian. But now I am with your thoughts (mostly..lol.) I m now a reformed libertarian myself. My issues that I have had with the 21st century Democrats as oppose to the 20th century Democrats had started as disturbing, and now even insulting to my sense of things like Equality, which as you know is paramount to us Libertarians. But pure Libertarianism, aslo feels like your description of these Demotheorcrats. When the theories dont quite measure up to the day, then maybe its time for me to quit the books and get back work...lol. Anyways way way way to much to blabber about other to saythat -- Im hoping that there are more of you out there! I m entering the realm of some kind of either- Lefty- Libertarian 0r Libertarian-Socialist, or perhaps similar to your title of Social- Libertarian might fit me best. The only problem I have, which limits me into to the club, is that I have a bit of "Nationalism " in me. Most of the clubs I want to join, likely gonna let me in on that count. But I am pretty clear on this one unfortunately. But its for the best reason even if flawed- Its that I think protecting the USA, has the best chance of protecting Libertarianismon the contrary,I think globalization or atleast todays version of it; has produced global extremism, global economic complete destructive polarizing- big winner-big looser mentalities .No- good in the end for anybody. I m pretty sure we are gonna get some ugly outcomes when this idea of globalized -economies, globalized-environmental /politics, So I think there's nothing wrong with a little nationalism.. lol When I say this by the way i sway towards the "Liberterian-Socialist" in me that skews me much further towards supporting local or state governance, and wanting the feds out of our lives. Peace I m gonna try to read more, as Im already gettin ahead of my skis.. and thankyou for sharing . I respect what your doing !! Peace NickL
